• To meet customer shipment schedule – monitor the production status, have day-to-day production output and work-in-progress reports.


• Work closely with Procurement Team to follow-up material availability so as to plan production date, schedule and keep updating status weekly with detail reports.


• A well knowledge of inventories level, usage, excess stocks, attrition level, provide weekly update of inventories and attritions


• Ability to handle multiple projects and provide weekly update status of each project. Attend regular meeting with customers and writing minutes of meeting and release within 48 hours.


• Keeping activities log of the projects – Bill-of-Material, Gerber file, Test programs, Shipment batches, ECO and history of the projects for traceability


• A key person in Supply Chain, ensuring customers satisfaction is maintain and well support from the production


• Follow Standard Operating Instructions / Work Instructions and provide input to update / upgrade due to process and procedure changes.

Requirement:


• Tertiary education with electrical / electronic / electro mechanical/ manufacturing at minimum ITE and above.


• A matured thinking and taking all jobs seriously and performing fullest – always ready attitude


• Proficient in Ms Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
