- Assisting with checking, receiving and storing of goods.

Prepare and cook dishes following standard recipes and portions.
Handle daily cutting, portioning, and preparation.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Monitor inventory and help with stock checks.
Work with chefs and teammates to keep operations smooth.
Support new recipe trials/R&D when needed.
Perform all other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and supervisors.
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in a central kitchen, catering, or restaurant.
Basic cooking and food prep skills.
