KKH is an 830-bed tertiary-level care hospital that provides obstetric, gynaecological, paediatric and other services. It is part of the SingHealth group of public hospitals. As an academic medical centre, KKH is a teaching hospital for Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine.
Our department is seeking a dedicated and skilled ENT surgeon to join our dynamic Otolaryngology team. The ideal candidate will have specialised training in paediatric ENT and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care for children with complex ear nose and throat conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team at one of Singapore's leading paediatric institutions, contributing to clinical care and academic excellence.
Clinical- Responsibilities:
1. Diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric ENT conditions including congenital airway disorders, congenital hearing loss, chronic ear disease, nasal allergies and sleep disordered breathing.
2. Performing surgeries such as tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, grommet tube insertion, microlaryngobronchoscopy and other pediatric procedures
3. Collaborate with paediatricians, audiologists and other specliasts to ensure comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
4. Participating in and supervising outpatient clinics, inpatient consults and on-call duties
5. Engage in continuing medical education activities through giving tutorials and mentoring residents and medical officers in the department.
6. Contribute to clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Accountability- each staff will:
1. Be accountable to his/her clinical head.
2. Conform to the appropriate standard of medical and clinical service quality within the department.
3. Facilitate and assist the Head of Department, Division Chairman and CMB with the department's perspective in the following:
- Making recommendations and giving appropriate input with respect to policy and management issues relating to the practice and development of medicine and medical services. Medical Teaching, Training, Continuing Medical Education and Research activities.
4. To undertake the routine functions of the department.
Administrative
To facilitate and assist the Head of Service, Head of Department, Division Chairman and CMB with the department's perspectives in the following:
Clinical Service Development
1. To carry out the development and execution of the work plans.
2. To optimise the utilisation of allocated resources.
3. To assist in the planning of the annual operating budgets within the resources provided.
Manpower Planning and Performance Management
1. To be committed to his/her duties, work as a team with colleagues and perform to the best of his/her abilities.
2. To fulfil the roles of the department.
3. To provide his/her supervisor continual factual and qualitative information for the purpose of performance management.
4. To play an active role as a member/chairperson in the hospital/national level committee.
Requirements
1. M.B.B.S. or equivalent basic medical degree
2. Recognised relevant post-graduate qualification by Singapore Medical Council
3. A specialist qualification in Otolaryngology
4. At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal
5. Strong clinical and surgical skills with a passion for pediatric patient care.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families and a multidisciplinary team.

Senior Consultants are experienced members of the Advisory team, working with a wide range of clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations around the world. The Senior Consultant is an upper-intermediate position for a real estate professional, who is highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative data and analysis. Job Summary
- Provide a high standard of clinical care in the relevant field of rehabilitation medicine, family medicine, geriatric medicine or palliative medicine.
- Lead the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) in the ward and/or in the home care team, as assigned.
- Assist the Medical Director (MD) in specific roles assigned from time to time
- Principal Accountabilities
- Oversees the inpatient wards or home care patients. Review new cases post-admission. Assist in the daily ward rounds or case review in home care.
- Lead Patient Care Conference or Multidisciplinary Case Discussion and mortality rounds.
- Provide leadership and guidance on updating of clinical protocols.
- Lead or assist in review of referrals for admission.
- Chair or be a member of Quality Assurance Committee.
- Supervise and teach medical officers, residents and clinical associates. Perform staff appraisal for doctors assigned as supervisor of supervisees.
- Supervise, attend and actively participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme and oversee pre-medical students and others on attachment, if appointed.
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in supervising the planning of the on-call roster, if appointed.
- Assist in the planning of the clinical attachment of medical students.
- Assist or lead in a Value-Based Clinical pathway.
Professional Medical Duties
- Oversee either inpatient wards or home care patients, assisted by the Medical Officer (MO) / Resident Physician (RP) of the respective service.
- Conduct daily ward rounds or pre-visit huddles with MO/RP to review patients' conditions and order treatment, investigations as required.
- Attend to new admissions by reviewing patients' referral notes, performing physical examinations and interviewing family members (clerking of new admissions).
- Conduct rounds with visiting consultants and discuss recommendations.
- Be able to do clinical procedures such as suturing, venepuncture, setting up IV, setting up infusion pumps etc. if MO/RPs have difficulty.
- Lead in Patient Care Conference, contributing to the care and/or discharge plans of patients. This may include screening and referring patients to community services such as Day Rehabilitation Centre or the Home Nursing Services and/or Home Medical Services.
- Attend to emergencies in the wards or in home care as per assigned coverage.
- Ensure that exit ward rounds are carried out, for continuity of care, with appropriate hand-off to the doctor on-call.
- Perform on-call duties as 2nd line staff with ability to provide direct care on-site as the situation warrants.
Teaching and Administrative duties
- Supervise and guide junior doctors.
- Plan and deliver teach-in sessions and CME talks.
- Oversee and provide tutorials for the attachment of medical students.

Job Requirements
- Possesses an MBBS degree or equivalent qualification recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Completed postgraduate training in Palliative Care, Rehabilitation Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and/or Family Medicine.
- Holds specialist accreditation from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and registration with the SMC in the relevant specialty.
- Has at least 10 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
- Demonstrates experience and a strong passion for working in the fields of geriatrics, rehabilitation, family medicine, and/or palliative care.
- A person of integrity who is highly motivated, effective, and able to foster strong interpersonal relationships while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and other departments.

ROLE
Senior Consultants are experienced members of the Advisory team, working with a wide range of clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations around the world. The Senior Consultant is an upper-intermediate position for a real estate professional, who is highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative data and analysis. The Senior Consultant is responsible for the delivery of assignments, guiding junior staff, and liaising directly with clients. The Senior Consultant reports to the Studio Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaboratively plans and performs research and data collection activities
• Designs and supports engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to determine impact on the client's development opportunity
• Uses interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground all ideas in research insights and constraints
• Manages day-to-day operations for projects, including staffing, fee tracking and forecasting, and client meetings
• Guides Analysts and other team members on projects and shares experience, encourages original thinking, and helps ensure alignment throughout the project
• Possesses a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs

REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or related field
