What You'll Do

  • Own the design process: from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency

  • Bachelor of Arts In Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent from an accredited art/design school or university
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Min. of 3 years professional experience as an Art Director in print, web and design creative
  • Outstanding portfolio with Regional/Local clients
  • Must be proficient in all the Design software – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Freehand, Flash
  • Sound knowledge in production processes

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement on social media platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and craft visuals that enhance ad performance
  • Utilize AI generative tools to streamline and innovate the creative process from ideation to execution
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and impactful ideas for marketing creatives
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels
  • Provide art direction guidance to team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ad campaigns and performance-driven design
  • Proficiency in using AI generative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement and conversion
  • Ability to interpret data insights to inform and adapt design strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the creative team
  • Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and financial space is advantageous
  • Creative visionary with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail
  • Strategic thinker who balances creativity with a data-driven approach to achieve results
