- Hands-on in full spectrum of innovation and renovation in the entire product life cycle from conceptualization to commercialization
- Stay current with industry trend in innovation and technologies to assist in product definition and design and identify opportunities for new development or improvement in existing products
- Lead cost and process optimizations
- Trouble-shoot issues related to products and processes

Job Scope:
- Engage in R&D initiatives such as cost reduction, ingredient substitution / consolidation and other key activities as assigned

- Conduct food safety trainings to staffs and develop training materials and assessment plan.

Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or similar discipline
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing industry
- Passionate about food product development
- Highly experience with trouble-shooting when encountering difficulties
- Strong experience in using basic laboratory equipment and able to provide training to junior team members
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
