Minimum Qualifications:

Extensive food safety and quality assurance experience with at least 5 years of experience preferably across various cities/countries in the region.
Extensive knowledge of food safety regulatory frameworks and compliance.
Certified in HACCP or other relevant food safety management programs.
Experience with the development and implementation of food safety management systems and quality assurance tools.
Strong analytical, problem solving and data analysis with insight skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Implement and drive supplier auditing systems to guarantee food safety and consistent quality.
Train and calibrate franchisee QA and third-party auditors to ensure they are calibrated to standard.
Partner with Franchisees to drive for GFSI certification of suppliers.
Monitor and ensure all suppliers comply with Yum! Food Safety Compliance.
Provide technical support on specific regional and global projects.
