Main Responsibilities
- Help define and implement development strategies and processes.
- Define and drive olfactive vision and strategy of the customer’s brands you will be assigned to.
- Drive creation & development process of active and proactive initiatives in all Fabric Care categories
- Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines.
- Define and prioritize fragrances to be tested and coordinate with CMI. Translate CMI results into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.
- Work with the lab on testing product stability and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with other regional creative centers, as necessary, to complete project assignments.
- Drive engagement of cross-regional project teams when applicable.
- Collaborate with commercial team to identify/ interpret business needs and objectives
- Anticipate market tastes; work closely with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation.
- Contribute in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development.
- Work together with marketing teams to identify olfactive and conceptual white space opportunities.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor Degree with min.5 years fragrance evaluation experience across different categories and different geographical areas.
- Functional expertise in core fragrance development responsibilities paired with an innovative mindset.
- In-depth knowledge and proven track record experience in evaluation, particularly in Fabric and Home Care categories
- In-depth Consumer understanding that allow you to translate Consumer Insights into olfactory guidelines for Perfumers.
- Contribute to the olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development.
- Demonstrates knowledge of key brands & customers in Fabric Care on a global basis.
- Demonstrate a strong product and technical knowledge that allows you to approach specific technical aspects of the Category (fragrance stability and behavior in various Fabric and Home Care bases and formats, norm compliance, …etc…)
- Ensure efficient and autonomous execution of projects with a focus on win rate, customer intimacy, and speed of response thanks to your ability to prioritize and manage your time and the one of the team.
- Excellent presentations skills and able to communicate clearly and concisely and conduct customer presentations/interactions.
