Job Title: Project Cost Estimator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a skilled Project Cost Estimator where you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating with our Tender and Bidding Team on tasks such as quantity measurement, Bills of Quantities preparation, contract review, specification interpretation, RFIs handling, supplier quotations, tender base costs compilation, and final submission prices.
• Overseeing and administering contracts for assigned projects, covering project procurement, main contract and subcontract administration, price comparisons, and costing summaries evaluation.

• Evaluating subcontractors' progress claims, issuing payment responses, and processing final payments.
• Addressing project issues such as Extension of Time, terms and conditions, prolongation claims, and loss and expense claims.
• Performing other duties related to Quantity Surveying as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
