We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Events Executive to join our team. This is a temporary role that will last for 2 months, requiring commitment until the event ends.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in strategic planning and logistical coordination for large-scale scientific & medical congresses.
- Support the team in areas such as opening ceremonies, registration, speaker management, room management, VIP management, logistics, appreciation dinner, and other key activities.
- Be involved in several upcoming department events.
Requirements:
- Possess a passion for managing events.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when working with different groups of stakeholders.
- Showcase strong coordination and organizational skills in managing several roles with concurrent deadlines.
