Responsibilities- Lead and deliver SAP FICO implementations , focusing on both core financial modules and public sector accounting and funds management components.
- Manage full lifecycle SAP projects: business blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.
- Deep integration experience with SD, MM, PP, and PM modules to support end-to-end cost flows and margin analysis .
- Deliver solutions aligned with governmental and not-for-profit accounting standards , ensuring compliance, transparency, and accountability.
- Develop high-quality deliverables including functional specifications, business process documentation , test scripts, training materials, and end-user manuals.
- Guide clients on the SAP S/4HANA transition journey , including data migration, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–9+ years of proven experience in SAP FICO implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations involving:
- SAP Funds Management (FM) and/or SAP Public Sector Management (PSM)
- S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance
- Strong experience with Global Template Design and Rollouts.
- Integration expertise across SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, PM, and PS.
- Proven skills in:
- Financial Reporting
- Budget Execution and Control
- Cash and Treasury Management (including TRM and FSCM)
- Familiarity with public sector regulatory frameworks, grant funding models, and multi-year budgeting.
- SAP Certification in FICO and/or PSM-FM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product costing, inventory valuation (legal, profit center, and group valuation), and margin analysis .
- Experience with government, education, healthcare , or non-profit sector financial management .
- Familiarity with Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and SAP FSCM modules (Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections).
- Experience in managing audit and compliance requirements in public sector financial systems.
- Project management methodology experience ( Agile or Waterfall ), with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Job DescriptionAs a Lead Consultant in the Enterprise Consulting team (part of the Enterprise Strategic Business Group), you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation. You will engage with senior clients, NCS client and delivery teams, and technology experts to provide insights and recommendations on technology roadmaps, operating models, and technology transformation.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with clients to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and outsourcing strategies enabling transformative outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end engagements spanning origination, pre-sales, and consulting across diverse industries.
- Provide strategic advice on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting engagements, understanding client challenges and articulating compelling value propositions and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Independently lead engagements, develop deliverables, and coach project teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, NCS account teams, SMEs) to deliver persuasive consulting deliverables and drive impactful decisions.
- Craft insightful POVs on the future of technology to serve client needs.
- Shape a growing, dynamic, and enterprising team.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 10-15 years in technology strategy and transformation within a leading consulting firm.
- Hands-on experience leading at least 3 technology strategy or transformation project teams.
- Ability to support complex deals and engagements, managing numerous stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation, with experience in leveraging technology to future-proof businesses.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Experience working in a VUCA environment, framing strategic challenges, and applying consulting frameworks and latest technology practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), including storytelling and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
