We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to provide level 2 support, troubleshoot incidents, implement enhancements, and manage application testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production systems, working with end-users, and delivering scalable improvements within Pega PRPC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve L2 production incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact to business operations.
• Application Enhancements: Design, build, and implement enhancements and change requests in the Pega platform based on business requirements.
• Testing: Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test cases to ensure quality and stability of changes.

Job Requirements

About the Role

Research, design, and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
Conduct workshops with clients to collect functional requirements, translate into user stories with acceptance criteria
Conduct workshops with clients to collect technical requirements, derive the technical & integration architecture
Conduct workshops to collect data migration & data integration requirements to derive the migration strategy
