What you will do

  • Identify potentially attractive low carbon solution (LCS) business opportunities for evaluation across multiple products and value chains (Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS), Hydrogen (H2), Ammonia (NH3), and Biofuels).
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for opportunity capture. Lead selected opportunities from inception through to investment decision.
  • Understand, construct, and negotiate / execute agreements for commercialization of new opportunities in LCS; serve as internal interface for commercialization of opportunities to ensure alignment and as necessary, obtain endorsements; employ ExxonMobil and industry commercial practices, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to leverage on policy and technologies to converge on attractive business case; able to integrate commercial, regulatory and technical attributes while progressing opportunities.
  • Primary interface and relationship management to LCS' customer and stakeholders; develop deep and diverse network across the different parts of the LCS value chain.
  • Negotiate and operationalize stakeholder cooperation agreements.
  • Represent EM LCS in trade associations, government engagements, as well as partnering with other functional departments for our attendance, and participation at conferences and trade fairs to represent company and network development.
  • Provide competitive market insights to help support market strategies and analysis.
  • Affinity and familiarity with economic and cash flow modeling.

About you

Skills and Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business disciplines.
  • Strong candidates with up to 10 years of relevant experience working business development, including commercial negotiations. Experience in identifying commercial opportunities across value chains (low carbon value chains preferred but not required).
  • Oil and gas or low carbon / energy transition experience preferred.
  • International experience, and experience with JV's and other partner frameworks preferred.
  • Strong communication, coordination, networking, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to effectively influence others without authority.
  • Demonstrated broad business acumen, can deal with ambiguity and exceptional at balancing corporate intent with delivering pragmatic solutions; strategic thinker.

Key Accountabilities

1. HR Business Advisory & Stakeholder Support

5. HR Projects & Change Management

6. HR Audit & Compliance

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Advisor to support effective HR operations across Rolls-Royce businesses in Singapore, primarily within a shopfloor/manufacturing environment . This is a critical onsite HR role that will contribute directly to business success by ensuring compliant, consistent, and responsive HR service delivery aligned with the Rolls-Royce HR operating model, local legislation, and business needs.

This position will serve as the main HR contact point for operational HR matters not covered by our Global Business Services (GBS) and will be a key partner to the production site at Fan Blade Singapore (FBSG) and other civil aerospace operations in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

1. HR Business Advisory & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide on-the-ground HR advice and support to line managers and employees, especially on matters that require local business context or face-to-face engagement.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries not addressed by GBS, escalating or redirecting where necessary.
  • Guide line managers to ensure adherence to HR policies, local employment regulations, and global processes.

2. Local HR Process Deployment

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of key HR processes and annual cycles such as:
    • Performance Management
    • Reward Review & Salary Planning
    • Absence Management
    • Role Grading & Benchmarking
    • Engagement Surveys
    • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Initiatives

3. HR Case Management & Data Governance

  • Work closely with People Partners, Case Specialists, and GBS to enable seamless HR service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee data by working with the Shared Services team and ensuring compliance with approval workflows and audit requirements.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Raise and manage employee concerns, support engagement initiatives, and act as a voice for employee advocacy.
  • Partner with the ER team as needed to ensure fair resolution of issues and effective workplace practices.
  • Facilitate information and consultation processes and promote a positive work environment.

5. HR Projects & Change Management

  • Support local execution of HR-related change management initiatives such as organizational design, restructuring, and site-based HR transformation.
  • Identify service gaps and propose enhancements aligned with the People strategy.
  • Drive or support local HR projects that are aligned to business priorities.

6. HR Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal and external HR audits for the three Rolls-Royce plants in Singapore.
  • Ensure HR processes meet regulatory, policy, and compliance standards.

7. Learning & Talent Development

  • Partner with Learning Services to address employee development needs.
  • Facilitate line manager access to learning resources and support workforce upskilling initiatives.

Main Purpose of the Job:

The Parts Advisor (Parts Counter) sells parts over the counter and answer enquiries over the phone. He/she assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly professional and efficient manner. Guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty are top priorities. • To raise parts ordering request forms for customers’ cars as requested by service advisors/technicians via the Power Apps.

• Informing the Parts Executive / Parts Supervisor to increase stocking level based on movement.

• Identifying and ensuring correct parts are issued out to our technicians for repairing at our workshop as well as to ensure all parts issued out are discarded/invoiced via our DMS.

• Keeping records of all ordered / special ordered parts and to ensure parts ordered are to be issued out to the requestor.

• Staying in contact with the service department, body / paint shop, customers and warehouse for orders and delivery dates.

• Update/inform customers when special ordered parts have been received if parts are ordered directly with the parts department and to arrange for collection.

• To identify and update records on returned charged out parts from service department / body shop and to check that they are in good condition for future sales.

• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of workstations and parts mini store.

• To carry our other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Working hours:

5.5 days

Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm
