Financial Accounting & Reporting:
- Manage the company's full-cycle accounting operations, including but not limited to the accounting for revenue, costs, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Prepare regular financial statements (such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements) and internal management reports as required.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure the timely completion of financial reporting.
Project Cost & Revenue Management (Core to Construction Industry):

Receivables & Contract Management:

Payables & Supplier Management:
11. Process payments to subcontractors and material suppliers, verifying invoices, delivery receipts, and contract agreements.
12. Maintain supplier files and perform regular accounts payable aging analysis.
Tax, Compliance & Audit:
13. Handle tax filings, including but not limited to Value-Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax, and Personal Income Tax, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
14. Understand and handle construction industry-specific tax policies (e.g., pre-tax payments for cross-regional projects).
15. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and support.
Other:
16. Manage the accounting and physical inventory counting of company fixed assets.

Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- College degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of financial accounting experience in the construction industry or with engineering projects, with familiarity project cost accounting and revenue recognition principles.
- Possession of an Intermediate Accounting Professional Title or higher is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
