Responsibilities
- Manage the production metrics of fully automated production lines
- Predictively identify and address possible production bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals
- Lead in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity, staff operation efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry foundry
- Adept in project management as well as a strong sense of commitment
- Possess good communication skills in coordinating between relative parties
- Is self-demanding and committed to innovative solutions to complete tasks
- Proficiency in Excel(VBA) & SQL or Tableau for data analysis
- Able to commit shift work
- On duty required on weekend and Holiday
- Standby 24-hour for Fab Operation
