Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanroom 5S management, carry 5S activities to meet FAB KPI
• Plan, coordinate with relevant department and vendors in new FAB expansion
• Coordinate with vendors on FAB accessories design and purchase
• To conduct operator recruitment, appraisal and retention
• In charge of FAB improvement proposal index

Qualifications

• To establish standard workflows and operating instructions for product engineering and manufacturing processes.
