Job Overview:

The Security Systems Specialist will be responsible for supervising and supporting the installation team on commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment. They will also perform testing, configuration, and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, and other Security & Communication Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation team in commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Perform testing, configuration, and commissioning of security systems.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in security installations, servicing, or design.
• Relevant degree or certifications in Electronic Engineering.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of networking (e.g. Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching).

Provide front and backend support for the resort’s security systems including but not limited to CCTV and Access Control Systems.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all security systems.
Ensure critical system fault reported rectified within the shortest possible time to prevent disruption to operations.

Maintain security system stock inventory to ensure sufficient spare.
Perform installation and upgrade of project of system for existing / new infrastructure change.
Job Requirements
Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Diploma/Higher NITEC/NITEC from a recognized training institute
Preferably with experience in CCTV or card access systems
Technical knowledge or experience in electrical/electronic work
IT Network knowledge would be an added advantage
Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
