We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Officer to join our team. As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for executing service and maintenance workflows, liaising with clients, mentoring junior team members, and managing client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues._
- Mentor a team of service team members in executing their duties effectively.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of at least 1 of the following systems OR in facilities management: CCTV System, Access Control System (ACS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS).
- Min class 3 licence, possession of own car/motorbike is preferred.
- G50 clearance (Cat2A) for access to military camps for work.
- Willing to commit to rotational standby duties for activations outside working hours.
