Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

Our ideal candidate will provide technical consultation, system design and solutions for all sales and marketing activities in the Southeast Asia region.

This includes supporting pre-sales activities such as site surveys, client meetings, presentations, and system demos.

The successful candidate must ensure accurate system configurations and quotations for the SEA region.

Responsibilities include delivering technical training to SEA sales and technical teams.

We are also looking for someone who can support testing and commissioning of SEA projects.

Additionally, this person will prepare and conduct professional customer training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or electronics project implementation or commissioning.
• Basic IT knowledge: security hardware, networking, databases.

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues
• Mentor a team of service team members
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients' premises
