Basic Operational Functions include:

Club Security Guard / Bouncer

We are looking for reliable and professional Club Security Staff / Bouncers to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and DJs during nightlife events. You'll be responsible for maintaining order, enforcing club policies, checking IDs, and managing crowd control both inside and at the door. You will be engaged on an ad-hoc basis, depending on events schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and screen guests upon entry, including checking valid IDs for age verification
• Monitor crowd behavior to prevent and de-escalate conflicts or unsafe situations
• Enforce club entry policies
• Conduct bag checks when required
• Escort unruly or intoxicated individuals out of the venue safely and professionally
• Respond quickly to emergencies, including fights, medical incidents, or fire alarms
• Monitor exits, entrances, restrooms, and VIP areas throughout the night
• Coordinate with local law enforcement or medical staff when necessary
• Write incident reports and communicate clearly with club management
• Maintain a calm, authoritative, and respectful presence at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nightclub, bar, or event security strongly preferred
• Valid security license
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in high-energy environments
