• Responsibilities
• Responsible for the safety and security of workers and properties in workers dormitory.
• Monitor the workers and other servicing vendors entering and leaving the premise to prevent unauthorised entry.
• Conduct audit checks on individual rooms and other areas to ensure proper maintenance according to MOM's guidelines and standards.
• Ensure all areas are neat, tidy and free of clutter.
• Ensure that patrol duties are carried out and inform relevant officer on any unusual happenings.
• Prevent and detect any illegal activities such as gambling in the premises.
• Maintain a vigil on the closed- circuit system and a 24- hour surveillance is properly functioning. To report to HQ if system is faulty
• Ensure that the workers follow strictly to the rules e.g. strictly no cooking in the dormitory. Do checks to ensure that there is no raw food being kept in the fridge, no cooking utensil laying around, if found, discard and report to HQ

Requirements

• Physically fit with secondary school education
• Able to work 5.5 day per week from 9:00 am to 6:00pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Job Requirement:

• Certificate of Security Agency licensed by the Singapore Police Force

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Night / Day shift
• 5 Day work

Basic Operational Functions include:

• Register and issue visitor and contractor passes.
• Control and monitor materials and equipment movement (in/out of premises).
• Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols to ensure there are no fire hazards, vandalism, trespassing, or suspicious persons/activities on the property.
• Respond promptly to fire alarm activations; training will be provided to ensure familiarity with fire safety procedures and evacuation protocols.
• Follow up with incident reports of various natures concerning the company's property and interests.
• Maintain accurate records of occurrences and complete all necessary documentation during each duty shift.
• Enforce the company's safety and security policies/regulations for visitors, tenants, and staff in a professional and impartial manner.
