The Meta Legal team is seeking a motivated, highly-organized, detail-oriented candidate with impeccable judgment to serve as a specialist for law enforcement and safety matters. You must have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business and organizational needs. In addition, you must have the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and work proactively with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities
Execute operational processes for a dynamic team managing a high volume of requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and government agencies across the APAC region. Ensure outstanding quality, swift response times, and meticulous execution, while continuously optimizing processes to exceed compliance and service standards
Ensure that all requests are scrutinized and handled in strict accordance with applicable law, our terms of service, and our law enforcement guidelines, while being able to surface and highlight risks
Record and clearly articulate operational decisions ensuring compliance in line with our policies and procedures
Implement high-quality and efficient processes & practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity and quality service level agreements
Support escalations related to sensitive subject matter, and remain up to date on key workflow changes, policy updates, world events and operational guidelines
Work with cross functional teams, and drive improvements to policies & processes within the law enforcement response team
Clearly respond to process and policy questions from law enforcement, government agencies and internal partners, both in writing and over the phone
Participate in after-hours and weekend duty to support the business needs
Willing and able to work with sensitive issues and potential exposure to content that may include child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury/self harm, suicide and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of relevant operational experience
Effective communication and collaboration skills, delivering high quality results in a goal-oriented environment
Self-starter requiring minimal direction with experience working independently, and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
Proven ability to analyze information to assess threat and risk, and to make effective decisions independently using good judgement and rationale
Be able to highlight areas for improvements to policies and processes within the law enforcement response team
Demonstrate composure and sound judgment in managing high-pressure escalations and ambiguous situations, proactively engaging cross-functional experts as needed to drive swift and effective resolutions
Knowledge of Meta's suite of products, and experience with various computer systems, Internet technology and software (including PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.)
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Willingness to testify in legal/court proceedings as a records custodian based on legal approval and business need
Willingness to travel internationally as required based on business needs
Exposure, Ability to read, and Fluent proficiency in any South Asian Languages (not limited to): Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Sinhales, Assamese, etc as the role will have exposure and communication with stakeholders from the South Asian markets speaking these languages

Job Responsibilities
1. Operational Oversight & Compliance:
Familiarize yourself with the requirements of each security assignment. Conduct scheduled site visits to ensure Security Officers (SOs) perform their duties safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with operational requirements, company policies, and the Security Officers’ Code of Conduct.

• Training & Development:
  Conduct in-house training and on-the-job training (OJT) for relief officers to ensure competency. Participate in the continuous development of security personnel through coaching and mentoring.
• Incident Management & Investigations:
  Respond promptly to client complaints and security incidents, conducting thorough investigations where necessary. Assist in implementing corrective actions to enhance service standards.
• Emergency Response & Drills:
  Participate in and conduct security exercises and emergency drills. Be on standby and contactable daily for emergency response and operational needs.
• Administrative & Reporting Duties:
  Submit accurate and timely daily activity reports. Provide operational support to management as required. Step in to cover Security Officer duties in cases of manpower shortages or unforeseen circumstances.
• Other Responsibilities:
  Fulfill additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the agency.

Job Requirements
Work Schedule:
Day shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) 6-day work week
Driving Requirements:
Possess a valid Class 2/2A/3 license (own vehicle will be an advantage)
Certifications & Licensing:
PLRD SSO/SS Rank certification. Additional certifications such as PAPP, CSSPB, X-Ray, First Aid + AED, and CERT will be an advantage (Training can be provided)
