**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Manager, Security Architecture and Strategy, is a key role in continent security aspects responsible for assuring all functions of the Security Engagement Review (SER) Process are performed in a timely manner. The objective for this role entails being as a member of the Security Architecture and Strategy (SA) team as a coordinator role working within the SA team assigning engagements, verifying the SERs are moving forward, identifying challenges in completion of these assessments and removing obstacles to the completion. The coordinator will also work with teams outside SA to gather the required information for the completion of the SER, guide these teams during the process, and serve as the point of contact for any issues or questions that arise. The role will have a direct reporting line to the Director, Security Architect, APEC.
Other tasks which will make this role successful would include creating and giving presentations on the SER process and organization, including senior executive level associates, managing small projects, and a level of comfort in explaining basic security concepts. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a good understanding of the various requirements in the region as drivers to security design and execution.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field
+ 3+ years IT/ information security work experience, preferably in a large organization
+ Experience in reviewing Security Architectures and explaining security risks/gaps as well as mitigation strategies is highly desirable
+ Professional certifications related to security assessment, such as CISA, CRISC, PCI ISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.
+ The coordinator must have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as organizational skills. Project management experience is also desirable.
+ Fluent in English, both spoken and written. As the role will liaise with different backgrounds in Asia Pacific, proficiency in Chinese and additional language skills will be an advantage.
Preferred:
+ Strong working knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL-related disciplines)
+ Ability to communicate Security Requirements for areas including but not limited to: Cloud Computing, Application Development, IAM, Cryptography, and Infrastructure design and standards to a diverse audience.
+ Ability to present the process to all levels of audience, be comfortable answering questions around the process, gather and document feedback from these presentations and bring that back to the Security Architect for future enhancements.

We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) , specializing in Security who is passionate about driving our customers’ security transformation on the AI, Purview Data Security, Sentinel and Defender XDR solutions and services. This is a customer-facing role, owning the technical relationship between the customer and Microsoft, helping customers to leverage their Microsoft investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of emerging changes in Security around the AI era. Our Security CSAs work with Enterprise level customers on the bleeding edge of our Security solution stack. ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Security Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) to drive customer transformation in our Security Solutions. You will own the customer engagements deliveries, including architecture design sessions, specific implementation project/pilots and helping to remove technical blockers. You will be driving successful customer security outcomes enabled by your design and engagement with key customer teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, a background of deep technical expertise, and success building trusted advisor relationships with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers.

- Identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging SA subject matter expertise. Deliver according to MS best practices & using repeatable IP.
- Accelerate Business Value of overall Security adoption by improving security posture and ensuring that the solution exhibits “Secure by Design” framework, such as high-performance levels, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment.
Technical Leadership

- Run Architectural Design Session to build a plan for implementing the solution – governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Outcome is consensus on solution design and next steps toward production.
- Collaborate and orchestrate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions with the Microsoft Security platform.
- Leverage the breadth of your technical experience and knowledge in foundational security, foundational AI, architecture design, with depth Subject Matter Expertise in security to deliver the end-to-end security story for Microsoft, highlighting the value proposition using your experience in security and expertise around related technologies and concepts such as Data Security, Zero Trust, threat management, SOC monitoring (SIEM / SOAR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR) + SIEM, Cloud Security and Identity
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
- 4+ years experience working on technical projects
- Breadth of technical security experience and knowledge, with depth and Subject Matter Expertise in one or more of the following domains:
- AI Security – Both Securing with AI and against AI
- Data Security – DLP, MIP and IRM
- SIEM and Cloud Security Analytics
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Extended Detection and Response (XDR)
- Identity
- Proven ability to map the customer’s needs to technical solutions.
