**JOB SUMMARY:**
The Manager, Security Architecture and Strategy, is a key role in continent security aspects responsible for assuring all functions of the Security Engagement Review (SER) Process are performed in a timely manner. The objective for this role entails being as a member of the Security Architecture and Strategy (SA) team as a coordinator role working within the SA team assigning engagements, verifying the SERs are moving forward, identifying challenges in completion of these assessments and removing obstacles to the completion. The coordinator will also work with teams outside SA to gather the required information for the completion of the SER, guide these teams during the process, and serve as the point of contact for any issues or questions that arise. The role will have a direct reporting line to the Director, Security Architect, APEC.
Other tasks which will make this role successful would include creating and giving presentations on the SER process and organization, including senior executive level associates, managing small projects, and a level of comfort in explaining basic security concepts. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required, as well as a good understanding of the various requirements in the region as drivers to security design and execution.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience** **Required** :
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity or related field
+ 3+ years IT/ information security work experience, preferably in a large organization
+ Experience in reviewing Security Architectures and explaining security risks/gaps as well as mitigation strategies is highly desirable
+ Professional certifications related to security assessment, such as CISA, CRISC, PCI ISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, etc.
+ The coordinator must have strong interpersonal communication skills, as well as organizational skills. Project management experience is also desirable.
+ Fluent in English, both spoken and written. As the role will liaise with different backgrounds in Asia Pacific, proficiency in Chinese and additional language skills will be an advantage.
Preferred:
+ Strong working knowledge of IT service management (e.g., ITIL-related disciplines)
+ Ability to communicate Security Requirements for areas including but not limited to: Cloud Computing, Application Development, IAM, Cryptography, and Infrastructure design and standards to a diverse audience.
+ Ability to present the process to all levels of audience, be comfortable answering questions around the process, gather and document feedback from these presentations and bring that back to the Security Architect for future enhancements.
+ Experience in creating presentations in PowerPoint, and comfort in presenting to C level executives.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize projects to provide excellent customer satisfaction results.
+ Coordination of team members to assure no Security Engagement Process related tasks remain unfinished or abandoned.
+ Ability to conduct independent research on possible issues with the process.
+ Strong abilities and experience in documentation and written communication for diverse audiences
+ Experience working with diverse and distributed global teams.
+ Basic knowledge of technologies such as, but not limited to: SaaS services, Application Design, Network Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Identity and Access Management.

+ Contributes to, evaluates, and supports the documentation, and validation processes necessary to assure that associates, information technology systems and business processes meet the organization's information assurance, security, and privacy requirements.
+ Consults with customers to gather and evaluate functional requirements and provides these to the Security Architect team.
+ Provides sound advice and recommendations to leadership and staff on a variety of relevant topics within the pertinent subject domain

About The Role
The major focus of these role is to build and manage our two regional Digital Security Architecture functions, and ensuring fit-for-purpose enterprise security solutions are designed and implemented. Leading a regional team of security architecture experts, providing a supportive environment that attracts and retains talent.

Lead security engineering operations to industrialize world-class security solutions and ensure Dyson’s cyber protection is continually reviewed and improved to reflect emerging new threats.

Manage vendor and supplier commercial relationships, continuously explore and implement cost effective measures to optimize security investment (technology & support model).

Expert knowledge of security tools, techniques and best practice within enterprise environments.

Demonstrable experience of implementing Enterprise Security Architecture and Security Engineering organisations and best practice.
Demonstrable experience of supporting project teams with high and low-level security consultancy, design and delivery, with a wide-ranging understanding of security considerations across key technologies across market-leading solutions.
You will have a strong track record in “operational” security architecture and engineering in at least two of the following three areas of 1. Embedded product software 2. Operational Technology / manufacturing or 3. IT applications / infrastructure / Cloud.
Ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team.
Demonstrable experience of developing strong partnerships across senior management teams within complex businesses, you'll possess the strength of character and conviction to make tough decisions when required.
Strong knowledge of managing various types of security partners and vendors, including service management and financial cost management.
Ability to evaluate & articulate risks, develop consensus, raise awareness and provide thoughtfully considered security solutions to various key business stakeholders.
Ability to translate and distil complex technical information across all levels of the organisation as required for the audience.
Ability to effectively develop and manage all defined communication channels and relationship management with diverse stakeholder groups.

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for initiating, implementing and maintaining security products and solutions to support enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert (SME) for the security systems owned by the Information Security Team.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field, with at least 5 years in information security, especially in the application security space.
  • Professional security certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CEH etc) preferred.
  • Experience in security products POC and RFQ.
  • Prior experience in implementing and maintaining any of tools for EDR, XDR, SOAR, SIEM, UEBA, PAM, AM etc. and/or network security. Able to review firewall requests.
  • Technical proficiency in one or more of the following security areas: network design, zero trust, Internet of Things, cryptography etc.

Job Brief:

We are looking for an Engineer/Senior Engineer who is passionate about security with at least 5 years of experience in network security.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Network Security

  • Protect Telco cloud infrastructure and corporate IT network systems. Be responsible for the implementation and management of security-related applications and systems as system owner.
  • Lead to architect, implement, manage and continuously improve security-related systems including but not limited to NGFW, IPS, WAF, Anti-DDoS, AD(Active Directory), TACACS+, PAM, MFA, EDR, EPP/SP, SIEM, ZTNA, and SASE.
  • Develop Standard Operational Procedures(SOP), Manual of Procedures(MOP), and operational documentation for service delivery and change requests.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POC) for emerging security technologies and managed security services (MSS).
  • Support the team as Layer 3 technical support for security-related systems issues, SOC alerts, etc.
  • Support ISMS and ISO27001 implementation.

Customer Cybersecurity Support

Job Brief:

We are looking for an Engineer/Senior Engineer who is passionate about security with at least 5 years of experience in network security.

This rewarding role will best suit someone with network experience, and the ability to work closely with our engineers to deliver large scale network security solutions.

Experience working with cyber security and in a CII(Critical Information Infrastructure) environment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Network Security

  • Protect Telco cloud infrastructure and corporate IT network systems. Be responsible for the implementation and management of security-related applications and systems as system owner.

  • Lead to architect, implement, manage and continuously improve security-related systems including but not limited to NGFW, IPS, WAF, Anti-DDoS, AD(Active Directory), TACACS+, PAM, MFA, EDR, EPP/SP, SIEM, ZTNA, and SASE.

  • Develop Standard Operational Procedures(SOP), Manual of Procedures(MOP), and operational documentation for service delivery and change requests.

  • Lead Proof of Concepts (POC) for emerging security technologies and managed security services (MSS).

  • Support the team as Layer 3 technical support for security-related systems issues, SOC alerts, etc.

  • Support ISMS and ISO27001 implementation.

Customer Cybersecurity Support

  • Evaluate and respond to customer tenders and cybersecurity inquiries, including infrastructure security compliance, managed security services compliance and data privacy compliance.

  • Support the Sales and Solution teams in addressing supply chain and third-party cybersecurity requirements.

Incident Response Management

  • Support the company’s response to cybersecurity incidents and threats.

  • Develop and maintain incident response plans, SOC alert playbooks, cyber incident playbooks and conduct annual cyber table-top exercises and/or simulations.
