Upload and process trades after market closure across all relevant markets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every transaction.
Resolve trade issues efficiently before exchanges’ cut‐off times by liaising with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Perform trade amendments with careful attention to compliance requirements and operational procedures.
Maintain brokerage and commission rate setups within the back office system, updating records as required for regulatory adherence.
Manage instrument data in the back office system, ensuring all information is current and correctly entered.
Reconcile trades daily to ensure consistency between internal records and exchange data, identifying discrepancies promptly.
Liaise with brokers on trade‐related matters, fostering positive relationships through clear communication and cooperation.
Post journal entries into the back office system accurately, supporting financial reporting processes.
Participate in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities, Policy & Procedure Manual (PPM) updates, and contribute to back office‐related system projects as assigned.
Cover Futures Team’s evening shift when required, handling daily customer fund movements and retrieving trade files from various exchanges such as SGX, JPX, and HKFE for processing in CTMS.
Perform close out activities in CTMS and on exchange platforms, ensuring all positions are reported accurately before deadlines.
Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on the following business day, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Undertake any other ad‐hoc duties assigned by management to support operational excellence.

Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Serve as the primary liaison across internal partners (Front-Office, Operations, Risk, Technology, Finance, Legal, HR).
Facilitate steering-committee meetings, executive briefings, and town-hall sessions – preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up action logs.
Consolidate, analyze, and present Client/invoicing data.
Formulate the client revenues projections and analysis.
Maintain robust controls and preparation for RCSA exercises, controls, incident reviews and support audit readiness to ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements.
Conduct related matters as champion.
Provide transversal project management support for ad-hoc initiatives (strategic projects, risk, etc) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Securities Services, management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or project management within the financial services sector—preferably with exposure to custody, or clearing.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel – pivot tables, Power Query; PowerPoint; Power BI or Tableau). Familiarity with project‐management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data‐analysis languages (SQL, Python/R) is a plus.

Work with internal teams and compliance to complete client due diligence (CDD).
Perform AML risk assessments on new and existing accounts.
Check supporting documents (e.g., tax forms, financial records) for accuracy and compliance.
Keep updated on AML/CFT regulations and ensure policies meet requirements.
Maintain consistent workflows and adherence to internal procedures.
Support audits, reports, and other compliance-related tasks.
Requirements

Responsibilities
Evaluate investment-related outputs produced by AI systems for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
