You will play an active role in ensuring the proper administration of grants/funding for NParks-funded programmes, in accordance with the programme requirements and in alignment with the Government's financial rules and best practices. o Organise and administer briefings to agency officers or potential grant applicants for a variety of grant related activities, such as to build agency capabilities in research grant governance or to inform applicants of funding rules.
o Update on overall research programme progress at meetings with senior management.

- Areas of study in Finance, Accountancy, Life Sciences, Environmental Management or related discipline
- Prior experience in the following areas will be an advantage:
o Grant or procurement governance and controls implementation
o Audit, or finance administration
o Administration of grants and/or R&D projects
o Management of contracts.
- Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, resourceful and self-driven team player who is able to work independently and multi-task to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Experience in Workday or Integrated Grant Management System (IGMS) is preferrable
