The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all school functions, including contact time, staff meetings, and morning assemblies. Audio Visual
· Responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment within the school premises (e.g., morning assemblies, events, etc.).
· Provide technical support for lighting, audio, video, and stage requirements for events organized by the Authority or external organizations.
· Support school staff in setting up AV equipment for events, meetings, and lessons as required.
· Assist teachers with video recording of school events and lessons when required.
· Support the management and operation of school digital signages.
· Provide assistance to ICT staff
AV Procurement
· Assist HOD ICT / ICT Manager / ICT Associate with the sourcing process in regards to AV related solutions and services.
- Recommending new equipment purchases when necessary
Managing AV Resources
· Work with the ICT Team in managing the school’s AV resources, including condemnation of obsolete equipment and administering the loan of AV equipment.
· Provide support with venue booking processes.
· Assist the ICT Team with asset management and during audits.
· Perform routine inspections and maintenance of projectors, speakers, microphones, and other AV equipment.
· Conduct annual hardware maintenance, including troubleshooting and basic repairs of AV equipment.
· Investigate, document, and update equipment faults, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
· Maintain accurate records of all equipment maintenance and repairs.
· Develop user guides for common AV setups where required.
· Liaise with vendors regarding AV requirements, repairs, and related matters.
Other tasks
· Video creation and editing.
- To assist with photography / videography and graphic design
- To assist with managing the school’s facebook and Instagram accounts
· Any other duties assigned by the school.
· To partipate,execute and support School Safety requirements and adherence to safety & security policies
· Preferably Diploma
· Minimum of 3 years of experience and preferably in school Environment
· Relevant Skill & Experience on AV equipment, handling and Systems
· Proficiency in operating and simple troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video cameras, lighting equipment, and control systems.
· Familiarity with audio and video editing software, such as Audacity, Reaper, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut, etc
Location: East Singapore

What does it take to become a Civican?
To manage day to day library operations, operate Library Automation System and provide support in all areas of library information services, manage and maintain resources in the library including circulation, cataloguing as well as programme delivery to the customer as part of the Business Services Delivery in Singapore.
- Provision of short/long-term relief support to schools across Singapore when their regular librarian is not available
- Ensure efficient processing and circulation of resources to students and other library patrons.
- Shelve library materials and read shelves in accordance with recognized library standards i.e., DDC for school libraries
- Catalogue and process new materials promptly to have them ready for borrowing
- Creation of promotional materials and displays to support the school curriculum and library programmes
- Conduct library programmes and activities
- Generate regular reports on loans, overdue items, fines and other collection-related statistics
- Assist library patrons with queries
- Ensure good housekeeping in the library, including tidying the library and maintaining clear and accurate shelf signages to assist patrons in locating materials.
- Follow-up with students and staff on overdue, damaged and/or lost books
- Work with the stakeholders to manage damaged and/or lost books. This includes withdrawing, repairing or reconditioning library materials.
- Stocktaking and weeding of library materials
