Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching certification with an EAL, ESL, or TESOL specialization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) in a primary international school setting.
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and differentiated instruction strategies.
- Experience working in an international or bilingual school environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Common Core, Cambridge, IB PYP, or AERO Standards curriculum is preferred.
