Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily cover and supply arrangement for Secondary Years in conjunction with the Dean of Student Life.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of cover and supply teachers.
- Track student attendance and communicate with parents regarding absences.
- Monitor teacher attendance records.
- Ensure students meet attendance requirements set by authorities.
- Lead exam timetabling and invigilation schedules with support from IB Coordinators and Dean of Student Life.
- Coordinate internal examinations and deploy invigilators.
- Operate school management systems, including PowerSchool and Managebac.
- Make changes to Secondary Years timetable, staffing, and rooming as needed.
- Prepare school management systems for reporting periods.
- Assist in the SY office in the Executive Assistant's absence.
- Perform other relevant divisional duties as directed by the SY Principal.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a school setting, preferably international (Secondary Years).
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Able to manage and handle systems comfortably.
- Excellent English Language communication skills (Verbal & Written).
