· Bilingual in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking students and parents.
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
· Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Requirements
A Polytechnic Diploma.
At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in providing a broad range of student services within a university or similar educational environment.
Service‐oriented, with a strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences to students and alumni.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‐task, prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, high‐quality and detail‐oriented work.
Possess strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities, with sound judgement and the ability to make timely decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with process automation or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools will be an advantage.
