Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual maintenance schedules for servers, workstations, RTUs/PLCs, networks, cybersecurity appliances and field instrumentation
- Execute and document routine servicing, firmware upgrades, patch management, database backups and fail-over tests in approved maintenance windows
- Lead root-cause analysis for SCADA alarms, network faults, hardware failures and telemetry data issues
- Mobilize field teams, liaise with Singtel and other service providers and restore service within SLA
- Scope, budget and deliver small-scale upgrades
- Produce method statements, risk assessments, test scripts and handover packs
- Serve as primary contact for clients engineers, consultants, Stratus/Kepware/Schneider support and telecom provider
- Chair weekly maintenance coordination meetings and issue minutes, progress trackers and service reports
- Analyze failure trends, recommend spares optimization and lifecycle refresh plans
- Propose automation of health checks, log analysis and remote diagnostics to reduce meantime-to-repair
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Control & Instrumental or related Engineering discipline
- 3+ years of experience in SCADA/PLC/RTU maintenance or automation project delivery, preferably in water or critical infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Wonderware/Aveva System Platform, Kepware OPC, DNP3, Modbus, Stratus ftServer, Cisco/Hirschmann managed switches and windows server administration
- Familiar with CCOP2 cybersecurity guidelines, ISO27001 controls and basic networking

- Develop technical specifications for CAPEX and OPEX projects.
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for our onsite operations.

- Follow up on the engineering approval as well as follow up in the field upon progress and quality.

- Selection, engineering, and commissioning of measuring equipment on site including Tank Gauging- and Custody Transfer Systems.

- A strong desire to learn, as this role requires extensive knowledge due to the job requirement.
- Prerequisite: Familiar with IEC and IEEE as well as national codes.
- Familiar with basic process instrumentation such as level gauges and transmitters as well as process automation.
- Familiar with Electrical system and have knowledge of high voltage and low voltage system.
- Strong ability to read and check drawings, P&ID's, PFD's.
- Extensive knowledge of the IEC, ATEX and NFPA regulations regarding the Oil & Gas Industry.
