Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of SAP technical consultants, including both permanent employees and subcontractors.

- Technical Architecture & SAP Basis Management: Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end technical architectures, covering SAP BTP, CPI, SAP Fiori/UI5, APIs, and OData services.
Oversee SAP Basis administration, including system setup, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, and patch management.
Manage SAP landscape management, including backups, system monitoring, transport management, and security compliance.
Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and IAS/IPS, as well as with external systems.
- Project Delivery & Quality Control: Oversee the successful delivery of technical projects across SAP platforms, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Lead data migration and transformation efforts during new implementations and upgrades.
Provide technical leadership to troubleshoot and optimize system performance, ensuring stability and availability.
- Governance & Compliance: Define governance frameworks to ensure consistent, compliant technical delivery across all projects.
Implement monitoring systems to ensure the health, performance, and security of SAP infrastructure.
- Presales & Business Development: Lead presales activities, including technical solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support bids and identify new business opportunities.
Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on technical solutions and innovation.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with SAP vendors, partners, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for key client discussions and strategic engagements.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in SAP technologies, with expertise in technical consulting, development, and integration.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring large technical teams (50+ members), including permanent staff and subcontractors.
- Good Understanding with SAP BTP, CPI, Fiori/UI5, ABAP, and OData services.
- Integration experience across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP IAS/IPS and external systems.
- Demonstrated ability in project delivery with a focus on quality control and technical governance.
- Experience with presales and client solutioning, including technical proposals and presentations.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and performance optimization techniques.

Educational Qualifications:
