Our client is a global US MNC in the IT industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Executive be part of their Customer Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive:
- Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring excellent service at every interaction
- Manage stock reservations, delivery scheduling, invoicing, and order tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, purchasing, warehouse, service, operations) to resolve issues and support smooth order fulfilment
- Prepare customer reports (e.g. ETA, order status, POD, serial numbers) and assist with RMA/cancellation requests
- Liaise with vendors for deal approvals and rebate programs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and resellers, educating them on tools and processes for seamless transactions
- Support process improvements and undertake other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience in customer service field
- Experience in using Microsoft office and SAP
- Comfortable to work in fast paced environment

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist, Senior to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily bank balances, track incoming payments, and record daily cash receipts.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and maintain/update customer master records.
- Prepare weekly overdue reports, coordinate with sales on outstanding balances, and review customer credit limits including quarterly credit insurance renewals.
- Generate accounts receivable reports, including bi-weekly AR, monthly trade receivables, collection performance, letters of credit, and quarterly turnover declarations.
- Manage letters of credit, issue debit/credit notes, and handle customer rebate contracts including accruals and settlements.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and prepare monthly GST reports and corporate income tax schedules.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and perform other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min NITEC/Diploma in Accounting studies or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables function.
- Proficent in Excel skills such as Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.
- Faimiliar with SAP system will be advantegoues.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
