Job Description
The candidate will be responsible to lead a team for projects delivery and application support that are related to the HR and Payroll business domain. He/she will need to work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve this.
Lead the IT team in supporting and managing IT solutions for the Office of Human Resources (OHR) business unit, such as SAP SuccessFactors system which covers Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding/Offboarding, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation & Learning modules. This includes the EC Payroll System under the Office of Finance (OFN) business unit.
Oversee and manage the team resources (inclusive of vendor and augment staff) so that the team can cope with the work demands while getting the right resource for the right tasks.
While many initiatives are user driven, the Candidate will need to understand the business domain, review user requirements, vendor proposals, assess / discuss technical solutions, and ensure that the selected solutions are endorsed for architecture, scalability, security requirements and compliances. During implementation, he/she will need to provide support on technical matters to ensure timely rollout of the project(s).
Perform the role of Solution Architect for OHR systems, ensuring that any solutions implemented are secure, inter-operable and extensible.

Oversee and/or provides maintenance and support of applications, including amongst others, delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests, troubleshooting of problems.
Create, update and/or review systems artefacts and deliverables to ensure quality and NUS guidelines and polices are met.
Perform systems and data analysis including analysing existing system/program logic difficulties and revising the logic and procedures as necessary.
Handles audit queries and ensures audit and security compliance are met.
Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
Work closely with business users in annual IT project planning and enhancement prioritization.
Liaise closely with vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance in accordance to contract.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
At least 15 years within IT industry, inclusive of 7 years in a technical role, and 7+ years’ experience in project management.
At least 10 years in managing IT team providing support and/or vendor management.
In-depth knowledge with SAP SuccessFactors modules EC/RCM/ONB/S&D/PMGM/CMP.
Knowledge in OpenText Extended ECM (Enterprise Content Mgmt) will be an added advantage.
At least 3 years in planning, project managing and executing SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Good technical knowledge in SAP ABAP would be an advantage.
Familiar in the HR business domains.
Strong technical background to coordinate with technical teams to solve complex requirement and integration issues.
Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely.
