Business Analyst (SAP HCM Techno Functional Consultant) 2 years contract
Play a key role in both the ongoing support and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Payroll and Time Management modules. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of change requests—from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, documentation, and deployment—while working closely with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Manage and execute Change Request activities, including requirement gathering, business process discussions, detailed analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment in coordination with developers and vendors.
Provide application support to end users in troubleshooting and resolution of issues, ensuring timely updates and clear, constructive communication.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR users, and cross-functional teams to understand system functionality, analyze pain points, and recommend process or system improvements.
Participate in implementation and sustainment initiatives, supporting continuous system enhancement and operational stability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system changes, configurations, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with company standards.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of SAP HCM implementation or support experience, with hands‐on exposure to Payroll and/or Time Management.
Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and Singapore statutory requirements; familiarity with other countries is an advantage.
Strong analytical, functional and configuration skills in SAP HCM modules, preferably Payroll and Time Management.
Able to perform basic ABAP debugging and log analysis in collaboration with developers.
Experience supporting integrations between SAP and external application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and work independently under minimal supervision.

The Senior Manager of HCRM is responsible for strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and management, performance management, staff development, leadership and employee engagement and well-being, budget planning and management, workspace planning and management and HR policy implementation whilst fostering a positive workplace culture that attracts, develops and retains talent for Group Health Informatics.

1. Strategic HR Leadership
Lead workforce planning initiatives to support the department's growth and transformation needs
Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
Support performance management systems and career development programmes
2. Operational HR Functions
Manage staff onboarding, training, and staff / professional development programmes
Oversee staff welfare initiatives, and employee engagement programmes
3. Budget Planning and Control
Prepare annual departmental budgets and monitor operational expenditure against approved budgets
Manage procurement and claim processes for the department
Oversee workspace planning and utilization
4. Cross-functional Leadership
Collaborate with department heads to align HR and financial strategies with operational needs
Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making
Lead or participate in departmental projects requiring HR or financial expertise
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(a) Education/Training/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and finance management roles
Experience in public healthcare and with IT/informatics departments desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP HR Functional Analyst to join the IT functional team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on exposure to SAP HR systems, IT testing, solution design, and training material development. Candidates will work closely with the team to support system enhancements, issue investigations, and change requests.

Job Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining stable day‐to‐day operations, managing system enhancements and change requests (CRs), and overseeing AMS activities. Act as the main bridge between business users, vendors, and the SAP team to ensure Ariba remains aligned with business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support:
Provide day‐to‐day functional support for SAP Ariba modules (Spend Management and Sourcing & Contract Management), including issue resolution and ensuring overall system stability.
Change Request (CR) Management:
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and technical teams, and manage the end‐to‐end CR process from initiation to deployment.
AMS Oversight:
Oversee Application Maintenance Support (AMS) activities, including ticket tracking, SLA compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver effective system enhancements or solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
Skills & Requirements
2–3 years of hands‐on experience in SAP Ariba functional support, change request management, and/or AMS operations.
Strong functional understanding of SAP Ariba modules (mandatory).
Experience in managing CRs and AMS activities within SAP environments.
Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, and their integration with Ariba (advantageous).
Proven experience in requirement gathering, testing, and UAT support.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under contract engagements.
Willing to perform planned maintenance or support tasks outside regular office hours when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
