Play a key role in both the ongoing support and continuous improvement of HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Payroll and Time Management modules. Strong understanding of SAP HCM processes and Singapore statutory requirements; familiarity with other countries is an advantage.
Strong analytical, functional and configuration skills in SAP HCM modules, preferably Payroll and Time Management.
Able to perform basic ABAP debugging and log analysis in collaboration with developers.
Experience supporting integrations between SAP and external application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and work independently under minimal supervision.

1. Strategic HR Leadership
Lead workforce planning initiatives to support the department's growth and transformation needs
Design and execute talent acquisition strategies
Support performance management systems and career development programmes
2. Operational HR Functions
Manage staff onboarding, training, and staff / professional development programmes
Oversee staff welfare initiatives, and employee engagement programmes
3. Budget Planning and Control
Prepare annual departmental budgets and monitor operational expenditure against approved budgets
Manage procurement and claim processes for the department
Oversee workspace planning and utilization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR and finance management roles
Experience in public healthcare and with IT/informatics departments desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Job Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining stable day‐to‐day operations, managing system enhancements and change requests (CRs), and overseeing AMS activities. Act as the main bridge between business users, vendors, and the SAP team to ensure Ariba remains aligned with business and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Support:
Provide day‐to‐day functional support for SAP Ariba modules (Spend Management and Sourcing & Contract Management), including issue resolution and ensuring overall system stability.
Change Request (CR) Management:
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, coordinate with vendors and technical teams, and manage the end‐to‐end CR process from initiation to deployment.
AMS Oversight:
Oversee Application Maintenance Support (AMS) activities, including ticket tracking, SLA compliance, and timely issue resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to understand business needs and deliver effective system enhancements or solutions.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
Skills & Requirements
2–3 years of hands‐on experience in SAP Ariba functional support, change request management, and/or AMS operations.
Strong functional understanding of SAP Ariba modules (mandatory).
Experience in managing CRs and AMS activities within SAP environments.
Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, and their integration with Ariba (advantageous).
Proven experience in requirement gathering, testing, and UAT support.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under contract engagements.
Willing to perform planned maintenance or support tasks outside regular office hours when required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
