- Support SAP FICO modules in the S/4 HANA environment, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Provide primary application support: incident recovery, troubleshooting, problem tracking, replication, and resolution.
- Perform first-level support triage and second-level investigation (data, application, process, system, network) and escalate to responsible parties when needed.
- Track and manage support tickets to identify recurring technical issues and ensure resolution.
- Work effectively within cross-functional IT teams to support projects and operational activities.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and IT projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially FICO, preferably in-house.
- Strong understanding of SAP finance processes and local statutory reporting and audit requirements.
- Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms such as Freshdesk is advantageous.
