Leads the planning, management, and execution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Change Requests and implementation projects, including requirements workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and deployment. What You'll Do
Lead the planning, management, and execution of Change Requests, covering business requirement workshops, solution design, system configuration, testing, training, data migration, documentation, and deployment.
Participate actively in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
Manage sustainment activities, including system enhancements, end-user support, and application upgrades. Maintain solution documentation in line with evolving business needs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Service Order teams, and third-party software vendors to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process optimization.
Support regional rollouts and initiatives in APAC (Australia, Qatar), including occasional travel to ensure successful implementations and stakeholder engagement.
Ensure all solutions comply with internal controls, regulatory standards, and SAP best practices. Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
What You'll Bring
Proven contributor in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private or Public) implementations across multi-regional organizations, covering Finance, Quote-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Minimum 4 full-cycle SAP rollouts across Finance and integrated modules.
At least 4 years of operational support experience in SAP Finance.
Deep expertise in SAP FICO sub-modules:
General Ledger with Document Splitting
Accounts Payable with Payment Integration
Accounts Receivable
Bank Accounting with Automatic Reconciliation
Fixed Asset Accounting (New Asset Accounting)
Cost and Profit Center Accounting
Experience maintaining FICO authorization roles (PFCG) is required.
Exposure to Project System, Margin Analysis, and Embedded Analytics is an advantage.
Solid understanding of integration with SD, MM, and Service Order modules.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for users and IT Technical solution manager, developers on the changes required in the applications that it integrates to and the overall IT architecture development from the business perspective.
  • Plan, prioritise and manage the change requests and ad-hoc projects raised by various departments in the organization supporting with a team of Business Analysts and vendors supporting development and production (both on-site and offshore).
  • Involve in the solutioning to understand the integration, mapping and solution with the impact assessment.
  • Work with users to build up business cases, justify cost benefit analysis and obtaining necessary approvals to support projects involving Information Mgt and users.
  • Plan and execute as the Business Analyst Lead for the various IT projects to support the growth initiatives for Life core system and other integrated applications.
  • Provide IT Business Support Lead in the business change with users for the enhancements and projects including, planning designing and implementing of Systems and applications.
  • Identifying and working with key vendors to ensure enhancements and production support are delivered on target and according to SLAs. Align business change development approach and strategy in accordance to New IT Architecture and Roadmap.
  • Manage Functional Testing of systems before release to UAT for User Testing.
  • Managing users for adhoc / urgent change requests.
  • Support User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing.
  • Assessing and managing vendors to ensure

- Business Requirements are delivered according the change request raised.

- Effort estimates are appropriate for the change requirements raised.

- Deliveries from vendors and developers meets standards, timeline and user requirements.

- Appropriate resources are allocated from the vendors to support the business changes.

Qualification:

  • Strong business knowledge and understands how insurance systems support the various demands of the insurance business including the channel hierarchy, commission, compensation and payment operations and processes, and the relevant technology and systems that are required to support it.
  • Preferably with strong financial domain knowledge.
  • Candidate with BA experience is preferred.
  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
