• Provide primary application support: incident recovery, troubleshooting, problem tracking, replication, and resolution.

Requirements:

Successful candidate will work with the existing ERP team to assume primary/secondary support for various application systems. He/She is required to perform required KTLO tasks, cross support for multiple institutions and system configuration and/or setup for institutions on-going operational needs.

1. Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC with lead project teams.
