We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence expert to join our team. As a Business Intelligence specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Web Intelligence reports and dashboards using data from SAP BW.
- You will understand business reporting needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, testing, and deployment of BI solutions.
- You will optimize existing reports and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- You will integrate SAP Business Objects with SAP BW and other data sources for end-to-end reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP Business Objects with a strong focus on Web Intelligence (WebI).
- Proficient in creating, modifying, and optimizing WebI reports.
- Strong experience in SAP BW, including data modeling, extraction, and integration.
- Familiarity with full-cycle implementation projects for SAP BO and SAP BW.
- Good understanding of data integration between SAP BW and BO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- SAP Business Objects and/or SAP BW certifications.

Position Overview
The primary purpose of the SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Solution Sales Manager is to lead, drive, manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Data Cloud Solution Sales Executives to consistently attain targeted revenue and profitability goals and set the vision and strategy for the sales team.
What you’ll do/ Key Responsibilities
- Recruit a team of high caliber sales talent, introduce strong sales processes, support the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, engage customers and Partners at the executive level, motivate the sales team, resolve conflicts, remove barriers, and provide recognition in the pursuit and achievement of sales revenue and profitability.
- Define a vision and create a winning strategy that draws upon the strengths of SAP and responds to specific market needs.
- Develop and apply an in-depth understanding of SAP's processes/ procedures and sales tools/systems as well as enterprise market, including industry, marketplace, strategies and trends, competitors, and competitive tactics.
- Demonstrate an outstanding execution track along sales cycles, ensuring SAP's sales methodologies and common processes are in place.
- Monitor and take necessary measures to ensure adequate pipeline of opportunities and demand generation for sustainable growth.
- Utilize a disciplined approach for successful solution selling, establish and maintain accurate, timely and documented sales revenue forecasting procedures.
- Ensure there is a proper business case with clear and attractive ROI impact on each proposal SAP presents.
- Build a network of executive relationships across industry, community, and business groups.
- Stay current and informed on all new campaigns, understand their objectives and relevance, communicate to the Sales team.
- Work collaboratively with other internal teams within SAP.
What you bring/ Qualifications
- Experience leading/managing in a team selling environment.
- 10+ years of experience in sales of complex technology/cloud solutions.
- Proven track record in business application software sales.
- Demonstrated success with complex, long-cycle sales campaigns.
- Demonstrate success negotiating complex contracts.
- Demonstrated knowledge on consultative selling methodologies.
- Proven abilities on managing highly complex organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Understanding of SAP technologies including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW and SAP Business AI.
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data engineering tools.
- Experience in enterprise solution sales management focused on data management and AI integration.
- Extensive industry network for business development.
