Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT application specialist to provide level one support for SAP S/4HANA modules and CPQ application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing user queries, issues, and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
The successful applicant will troubleshoot, track, and resolve incidents, escalating to higher support levels as required. They will also work closely with process owners and business teams to document requirements for enhancements and prepare and execute UAT scenarios in collaboration with business users.
In this role, you will analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for process enhancements or automation. You will maintain knowledge base articles and support user training sessions, ensuring proper communication between IT, business teams, and external vendors for issue resolution.

- Generate and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.

Requirements:
