SAP Functional
Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements and deliver business value consulting services for clients.

Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize performance of software applications.

Responsibilities
ERP/WMS Management and Maintenance
- Oversee and maintain operational systems (e.g. ERP - Netsuite/CIN7, Shopify and etc) and ensure systems are updated, secure and functioning as intended.
- Implement updates, upgrades and configurations to enhance efficiency.
- Manage data migration, system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless transition to the new system.

Role requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferably within the retail and consumer goods industry.
- 3+ years of experience in ERP system management especially in configuring, deploying, upgrading operational systems, familiarity with industry specific processes (e.g : Supply Chain, logistics, manufacturing) is often preferred.

Have the capability to lead design, build, test and deploy for a 5-10 Digital HR team with deep technical and functional experience across SuccessFactors.
Have the ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
Deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.
Have experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.
Relationships, capability and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, Docusign and Centrical etc. will be a plus
About You
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant with at least 10+ years of experience to lead the Implementations.
Having hands-on experience to lead and guide the implementation team.
5+ end to end implementations experience.
Experience of any other module of SFSF like Employee Central Payroll, compensation, Recruiting, onboarding is an added advantage.
