- 10 years of relevant ERP systems experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Certifications in project management and change management methodologies.
- Extensive experience as an ERP Consultant, with specific expertise in evaluation, selection, and successful implementation of ERP systems encompassing procurement, finance, and EAM modules.
- Strong foundation in change management principles and practices, with proven ability to lead organizations through significant system transitions.
- Direct experience in business process reengineering, particularly in contexts of procurement, finance, and EAM.
