Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP SD specialist to spearhead the implementation and configuration of our SAP ERP system.

• Lead complex SAP ERP implementation and configuration projects.
• Configure and oversee end-to-end activities of integrated global business solution implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at the consulting level.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SD system configuration and implementation projects, with more than 3 years of consulting experience preferred.

SAP Consultants are responsible for leading and executing end-to-end SAP implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects. This includes performing requirement analysis, blueprinting, design, and solution architecture aligned with business processes.

1. Manage system integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using middleware tools like PI/PO or CPI.
2. Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for complex system issues.
3. Execute data migration, cleansing, and validation using advanced SAP data tools.
4. Develop and optimize custom objects in ABAP/OOABAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5 apps, RFCs, BAPIs, and Enhancements as per client needs.
5. Ensure compliance with SAP security, GRC, and audit standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business process transformation and continuous improvement.
7. Provide expert-level support for SAP landscape stabilization and version upgrades.

• Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: SAP Core Modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, and BTP.
• Technical Expertise includes SAP ABAP, Fiori/UI5, HANA, PI/PO or CPI, BASIS/Administration, and GRC.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills are required.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities are also necessary.

• Hands-on S/4HANA migration and conversion experience is desired.
• Experience in SAP Cloud solutions like Ariba, SuccessFactors, and Concur is also beneficial.
• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodology and Change Request Management (ChaRM) is preferred.
