We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Consultant to join our team. As an SAP FI Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining financial accounting systems using SAP ISU FICA modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ISU FICA modules with strong proficiency in ABAP programming, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of FICA data structures, workflows, and integration points.

Your key responsibilities

Project Management: Participate in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's or Master’s degree and 5 -15 years of related work experience at minimum;
- A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred). SAP certification/s highly preferred.
- At minimum 5 – 7 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, CO-PC, COPA – S/4HANA experience preferred), as well as participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations required.
- Experience with implementing and advanced knowledge of SAP Finance and including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
- Experience with implementing SAP Finance and integrations to SD, MM, PP, PM, etc. to support product cost controlling and margin analysis
- Experience with leading business blueprint, gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
- Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
- Team lead expertise – stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.
- Development of project documentation including business process flows, training materials, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required.

Finance Officer
(GL Reporting Section)
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range: S$ 2,000 – 3,000+
As part of the GL & Reporting team, you will report to the Assistant Finance Manager and be responsible for maintaining accurate daily bank records, processing monthly payments, and supporting financial reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly AP payments and SOA reconciliations.
- Act as the First Approver/ Reviewer for invoices submitted via TenderBoard (e-Procurement system).
- Serve as the Second Reviewer for TenderBoard reports, ensuring correct accounting codes.
- Monitor balance sheet items and follow up with respective PICs on outstanding matters.
- Process daily carrier remittances (1st & 2nd batches) as backup.
- Post AP transactions and journal entries.
- Support team members through a Buddy System.
- Assist in Internal & External Audits.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/HOD.
- Diploma in Accountancy / Business Finance (or related field).
- Prior accounting experience (preferred); Shared Service or Freight Forwarding/ Logistics background is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAP.
