- Demos and POCs: Configure and develop customized solutions for demonstrations or proof of concepts as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years in Functional/Business analysis and/or Technical roles with strong knowledge of at least 3 Salesforce features listed (Sales, Service, Field Service, Experience Cloud, Agentforce or FSC SFI) and hands-on configuration/customization experience.
- Skilled in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security Model, Process Automation, Data Migrations, SOQL/SOSL, Dashboards) and customization.
- Proven track record in leading projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, prioritizing requirements, and conducting functional testing.
- Experience in implementing web service integrations and familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Copado, Jenkins, or Ant.
- Salesforce Certifications: Must possess at least 1 of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Administrator
- Advanced Administrator
- Agentforce
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- OmniStudio
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Aura/LWC frameworks, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and AppExchange tools (e.g., Conga, Adobe Sign).
