- Co-led the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on Government agencies' requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs, and translate them into technical requirement.
- Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs, custom user interface development, etc
- Integrate Salesforce APIs with 3rd party systems and WOG components/services
- Hands-on configuration in administration setup such as managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, etc
- Provide level 3 support on incidents, problems, and service request
- Develop & maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards & ensure filing of relevant information
Requirements:
