Reporting to Sales Supervisor, the sales representative will contribute to a high performing team within the Surgical Innovations business to achieve sales revenue and market share targets. The sales representative will achieve this by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic Surgical products and therapies.
Medtronic's surgical innovations focus on advancing minimally invasive procedures through cutting-edge technology, improving patient outcomes while reducing recovery times. Our solutions span across multiple specialties, leveraging robotics, precision instruments, and digital platforms to enhance surgical precision and efficiency.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
+ Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
+ Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
+ Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
+ Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
+ Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
+ Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and Development (R&D), Operations and Marketing
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**

+ Ability to understand / grasp new concept(s), product(s), business models and conceptualize, and execute
**Key Experience & Capabilities:**
+ Bachelor's Degree (industry equivalent qualification)
+ Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development / support will be considered or similar Business Aviation background, product and sales knowledge experience
+ Strong business acumen
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Good knowledge of Honeywell product portfolio and associated value propositions
+ Good knowledge of our competitor's products and services.
+ Previous exposure /knowledge in industries e.g. MRO sales, Aircraft Management, OEM exposure is preferred but not necessary.
+ Preferably based in Singapore

Job Description
- To represent the DPM team in sales and marketing efforts.
- Responsible to help raise the AUM of DPM. To work closely with bankers and internal teams in acquiring, retaining and pitching discretionary mandates. This may also involve coming out with workable bespoke solutions for clients whenever neccessary.
- Plays an active role to articulate DPM strategies to the front and end-clients.
- Provides client review services to existing clients.
- Plays an active role in developing and enhancing the mandate product shelf. Helps desk head with product developments and new launches to further drive AUM growth and DPM penetration rate.
- Candidate with relevant experience will also be tapped on for investment idea generations.
- Proactive with staying abreast of investment strategies and the rationale on various trades executed by the DPM portfolio managers.
