Job Summary:
BYD by 1826 is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Training & Performance Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end sales training strategy for both BYD and DENZA car sales consultants (SCs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automotive sales, learning principles, and performance coaching. Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Development
o Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new SCs (both BYD and DENZA brands).
o Conduct regular in-person and digital training workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.
o Maintain updated knowledge on BYD, DENZA, and competitor car models to prepare relevant training content.
2. Performance Management
o Develop and implement assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to track SC product and sales competency.
o Monitor sales performance and identify SCs requiring additional coaching under the "Personal Improvement Program."
o Conduct one-on-one and small-group training sessions tailored to performance gaps.
3. Operational Support
o Work with Sales Management and CSO to align training with dealership targets and product campaigns.
o Conduct on-the-ground job shadowing, mystery shopping, and call monitoring to ensure quality control.
o Maintain training schedules, feedback records, and performance improvement logs for all SCs.
4. Market Research

Requirements
