Sales Operations Coordinators optimize the effectiveness of the District Sales team by engaging in activities that support our sales processes and strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sales & Operations Manager to lead customer engagement, drive business development, and oversee daily operations at Sprayboxx. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
• Engage incoming leads from social media and online platforms.
• Entice, manage, and close customer sales effectively.
• Coordinate car drop-offs and manage client expectations.
• Establish and maintain new B2B connections and partnerships and operations & Workshop
oversight
• Oversee daily operations of the Spraybox shop.
• Manage the flow of paint jobs, timelines, and workshop efficiency.
• Coordinate with the paint team and monitor quality standards. Reporting & Administration.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management.
• Work closely with the accounts team to ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing.
• Follow up on outstanding vendor payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for all job orders and invoices.
Requirements:
• Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage both customers and workshop flow. Previous experience in
automotive, paint, or bodywork industry is an advantage.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our Sales and Partnerships team with operational and administrative tasks. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day sales activities, partner coordination, and basic finance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and support revenue growth.
Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Partnerships team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to facilitate smooth sales processes and partner onboarding.
- Support partnership tracking, contract management, and documentation.
- Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and assist with basic finance reconciliation or reporting tasks.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with partners and clients when needed.
- Support process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of sales operations.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience sales support, business operations, or administrative roles, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge to provide better support to the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
