- Prepare Loan Goods Forms for roadshow events and manage issuance of goods returns/exchanges for faulty products.

- Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' Level, ITE, or Diploma holders.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or shipping support preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export operations and shipping procedures is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Import & Export documentation and procedures.
- Experience with Letters of Credit is a plus.

Update and release shipping instruction to shipping and order fulfilment team.
Revise device name for shipments in system as per order fulfilment team or factorys instruction.

Communicate with CN/TW/SG/US shipping team regarding orders and shipments related matters.

Assist to process new order, order amendment and RMA orders for US region when required.

Assist to submit audit documents to finance team or internal auditor upon request.
Participate in system testing and system/process improvement project.
Backup team member who is on vacation/sick leave.

Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or order fulfilment.
Proficiency in Excel (such as pivot tables and V-lookup).
Ability to speak/read Mandarin and translate to English is a strong plus. This is due to the need to liaise with stakeholders based in China and Taiwan
Prior experience in Oracle or another ERP system is preferred.
Must have strong written and verbal communication, organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to multi-task, work independently and as a member of a team, interface with other branches of the organization, work effectively with diverse constituencies, and solve problems and make decisions while under pressure and time constraints.
