About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Account Support Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for someone who is hungry to grow - with the right drive and performance, this position offers a fast track to becoming a Key Account Manager. Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

Requirements and Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales enablement, or related fields, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
  • Solid Salesforce experience including admin skills. Experience with sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, business agreements administration, and billing cycles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage large sets of data, perform data health checks, and create meaningful reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to educate and train others.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate highlights/quotes/insurer’s illustrations for sales consultants’ meetings.
  • Provide new business sales support and after-sales policy services support for sales consultants.
  • Follow internal processes and ensure proper documentation are obtained and filed in CRM
  • Co-ordinate pre-case submission tasks - medical bookings, preparing internal KYC documentations and insurer’s application forms.
  • Handle new business case submissions to different insurers and work closely with sales consultants to policy inception.
  • Handle monthly bank’s reporting.
  • Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and ensure they are answered promptly.
  • The primary responsibilities are not limited to those listed above. The employee is expected to follow instructions and perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the immediate supervisor from time to time, within the Sales Operations Department.


Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of case management experience with HNW clients preferably in the insurance broking or insurance industry.
  • Adapt to using different software to generate insurer’s illustrations.
  • Strong understanding of different underwriting requirements from the insurers to submit cases efficiently.
  • Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
  • Good interpersonal skill with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work with tight deadlines, producing efficient work in a multi-task environment
  • Highly organized and pro-active in following up cases and also daily work.
  • Meticulous, ability to be precise and accurate.
  • Effectively cope with changes, can shift gears comfortably, able to handle uncertainties.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid MAS licence required. Candidates who are not currently licensed will need to obtain a MAS licence upon commencement of employment
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales operations professionals in the execution of sales strategies.

Develop and implement processes and best practices to ensure successful sales outcomes.

  • Data & Analytics: Oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and KPI reporting using tools like CRM or business analytic tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Optimize the revenue tech stack (e.g., CRM, ERP systems) to support integration and scalability, collaborating with IT and cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Team Leadership and Talent Development: Lead and mentor a small revenue operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with tools, processes, and insights to improve pipeline velocity and deal closure rates, without directly managing sales.
  • Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure revenue processes comply with company compliance standards in export control, audit, legal compliance.
  • Knowledge Transfer Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge transfer, standard operating procedures, and ensuring operational continuity.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. Experience collaborating with sales, business units, operations, finance, and order management.
  • Technical Skills: At least 3+ years of proficiency in CRM platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), and revenue management processes. Familiarity with AI-driven tools is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead small, high-performing teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, with a track record of driving revenue efficiency through process improvements.
  • Semiconductor equipment or general semiconductor knowledge desirable but not necessary.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to build trust and alignment with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership. Able to communicate in a concise and logical manner, provide clarity.

Job Description

Sales Operations Coordinators optimize the effectiveness of the District Sales team by engaging in activities that support our sales processes and strategies. Using strong analytical, communication, and time management skills, Sales Operations effectively collaborates with staff in various job functions, owns and completes tasks of moderate to high complexity, and performs well in a challenging and fast-paced environment. This position provides support to the District Sales Manager and to the District Sales team. The Sales Operations role provides growth opportunity, recognition and reward for the achievement of business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify sales leads utilizing reporting and analytics tools.
  • Engage in pre-sale engagement activities for target customers prior to Sales engagement.
  • Organize sales events to drive existing and new customer engagement.
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system to help manage and organize the District Sales team's customer accounts, enable global engagement, and ensure data integrity measurements are met.
  • Coordinate bid response information as requested by the District Sales team or the Expeditors network.
  • Produce reporting on key metrics and manage monthly delivery of key reports to the District Sales Manager.
  • Ensure updated marketing materials are accessible to Sales team, and create customer-focused PowerPoint presentations in support of business development.
  • Support Sales with rate requests by liaising with the appropriate Product staff or Pricing Desk who prepare quotes, and following up to drive timely customer response.
  • Coordinate visitor management for the district and ensure the Sales team maximizes opportunities for scheduled meetings with visitors and customers.
  • Attend training & development sessions to understand the requirements of Sales, and communicate new internal information and tools to Sales, ensuring they are informed of new developments.
  • Support the onboarding of new Sales personnel.
  • Manage and/or contribute to weekly sales meetings, as directed by the District Sales Manager.
  • Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs.
  • Support pricing manager and supervisor for RFQ handling, analysis, distribution, collection and submission.
  • Maintain the most updated PST for the assigned lanes as well as all requested tariff.
  • Oversee SPOT quote & RFQ on all lanes.
  • To reply on requests with quotes within 24 hours, if any delay in receipt of rates, an interim email to respective person.
  • Quotes to be prepared using the Quoting Database or Approved Quote Format as per company policy.
  • To keep good relationship with Sales, Customer Service and to collect feedback for each and every quote.
  • To gather as much information as possible (carrier’s name, transit time, services used) to be able to quote better and get a high closing ratio.
  • Maintain all bid/spot quote result/feedback.
  • To make sure job is executed as per company guidelines and policies.
  • To always update the team with the GRI, PSS and rate fluctuations and changes whenever they occur.
