• Establish the sales strategies for Samsung and Non-Samsung customers

• Lead and oversee Business Development team to achieve both short-term and long-term target in terms of monthly/half-yearly revenue & profit

• Collaborate with procurement team to secure competitive price and space in order to maximize the sales revenue & profit through achieving the sales target

• Keep abreast and monitor Air & Ocean freight rate and market trends closely from time to time

• Prepare and report the Sales team performance to management team during internal regular meetings in weekly/monthly/half-yearly basis

• Manage/promote in-house solutions (Cello square platform) by adopting multiple marketing tools and strategies


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree major in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 15 years' of relevant experience in global freight forwarding company with at least 5 years’ leadership experience in solicit new business development (hunting role)
  • Deep understanding about the entire logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Contract Logistics/ Warehousing)
  • Strong network connection with local transportation / Air-industry / Ocean-freight service providers in South East Asia and Australia region
  • A self-starter who is hands-on, eager to take initiatives and work to achieve the results.
  • Ability to lead negotiations, communication will all levels Proficient in English with excellent communication skill
  • Have a good sense of urgency with detailed mind.
  • Able to work in fast pace environment and under high pressure
  • High integrity and accountability standards.
