**Summary:**
The mission of the Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) group within Meta is to enable revenue growth through data-driven business strategies and efficient operations. We do this by being objective, trusted partners to the partnered organization(s) we work with. This is done through (1) a demonstrated grounding and understanding of the data which underpins our business, (2) the capacity to synthesize this with third-party or external data and insights, (3) through thought leadership, influence of strategic planning and cross-functional collaborations and (4) through stakeholder influence, even when we are not in the room, through communication of data-centered narratives, analysis and calls-to-action via dashboards and tools we develop or evolve. This role will be supporting our businesses for Greater China.
**Required Skills:**
Sales Strategic Planning & Operations Insights Lead, GBG APAC, Greater China Responsibilities:
1. Business Insights: Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue, product, vertical, productivity, efficiency, market opportunity data and trends. Lead communication of these insights
2. Project/Process Management: Design and execute on a standard cadence of operations while also independently developing and managing project or program plans to support key stakeholder asks
3. Hypothesis Development: Identify and solve strategic questions related to Meta's largest regional business opportunities and related risks
4. Scalable Insight: Create and maintain automated and actionable dashboard, workflows and tools that drive current and future rhythm of business actions
**Minimum Qualifications:**
Minimum Qualifications:
5. Degree in either Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field
6. 2+ years of experience in business operations, analytics or planning
7. Advanced SQL knowledge and knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python/R)
8. Demonstrable problem-solving experience with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
9. Proven experience with managing information strategy and data structures
10. Proven experience in driving end-to-end strategy setting and implementation, including influencing executive stakeholder buy-in
11. Knowledge of basic statistics and experience with creating reproducible analysis
12. Effective communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**

13. Experience working in online advertising
14. Fluency in Mandarin as this role may collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Chinese
15. Understanding of business or advertiser behaviors in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan
