As part of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in guiding the GTM strategy and driving the operational efficiency to accomplish this mission.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership—providing data-driven insights, managing core operating cadences, and leading high-impact projects that influence how we engage with customers and scale our business. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Enablement, Data and Growth Strategy teams to align efforts, drive efficiencies, and accelerate growth.
This role is based in Singapore.
In this role, you'll:
Drive GTM operating cadences (e.g. forecasting, pipeline review, top accounts review, monthly / quarterly business reviews) and conduct strategic analyses to determine trends and identify opportunities for process and strategy optimization
Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to market strategy and resource plans
Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance; Collaborate closely with the GTM leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations for territory adjustments.
Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization.
Partner closely with technical teams to implement processes systematically.
Work closely with the data team to ensure data accuracy and availability for revenue-related activities.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth, technology company
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams
Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong communication skills and executive presence

We are seeking a Director to lead the APAC Sales Strategy team at SPDJI. This role will partner closely with SPDJI leadership, particularly the Commercial leader, to define and execute the sales and retention strategy, leveraging a global campaign framework and ensuring consistency of messaging internally and externally.

Reporting to the APAC Head of Sales, the Head of Sales Strategy will oversee the execution of sales strategies and performance against targets, while also designing and implementing effective sales campaigns to enhance market penetration. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Strategy team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as client coverage, product management, and marketing to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven management skills and experience in applying sales process knowledge, product knowledge, and industry insight to increase sales and differentiate the brand.
  • Deep understanding of SPDJI's value proposition to each client segment and the index data and analytics industry.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, consultative sales, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Advise sales leadership on growing and optimizing their businesses by providing data-driven, actionable recommendations that support their strategic priorities and daily decisions. Become a trusted partner with sales leadership.
Lead and recommend decisions on projects shaping LinkedIn’s future go-to-market model across all aspects of a B2B Revenue organization.
Drive strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting).
Monitor business performance and provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership on forecasting.
Manage operational processes like quota management, territory allocation, audits, and report/dashboard development.
Identify opportunities, gather requirements, and manage projects to improve sales processes and technology, enhancing sales rep productivity.
Build strong relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners (business operations, sales leadership, finance, systems).

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, finance, or a similar analytical role focused on operational outcomes.
Experience with SQL databases and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Experience using data and insights to influence decision-making.
Experience with financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities
Channel Sales Strategy
Partners with Channel Sales leadership to develop and execute regional partner go-to-market strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Program Support & Implementation

Channel Sales Operations Support
Serves as the key operations contact for the APAC Channel Sales team, representing their needs within global Sales Ops functions.
Resolves complex partner-related operational issues and ensures timely support for sales teams and partners.
Reviews and resolves compensation disputes across the APAC Channel Sales team
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Channel Sales Operations, or Sales Planning roles, ideally supporting APAC markets.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong understanding of indirect sales and partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, GSIs, MSPs).
Excellent analytical and modeling skills; experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau

We are seeking a Director to lead the APAC Sales Strategy team at SPDJI. This role will partner closely with SPDJI leadership, particularly the Commercial leader, to define and execute the sales and retention strategy, leveraging a global campaign framework and ensuring consistency of messaging internally and externally.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Sales, the Head of Sales Strategy will oversee the execution of sales strategies and performance against targets, while also designing and implementing effective sales campaigns to enhance market penetration. **Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise and report on the execution of sales strategy and performance against targets, course-correcting where needed.
+ Ensure clear and actionable reporting to senior management on the delivery to plan, with effective review and evaluation of launches to drive a culture of improvement and transparency, in addition to celebrating success.
+ Design and implement effective sales campaigns to enhance market penetration.

+ Manage relationships with data vendors and strategic partners to maximize value and visibility.
+ Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
+ Become a focal point and center of excellence around product communication and knowledge sharing, organizing community calls or other forums to achieve this.
+ Ensure sales teams understand the top-level SPDJI strategy and the capabilities that we deliver for the wide variety of customers we serve.
+ Ensure the team develops and executes a client planning approach, mapping out key customers and associated wallets, key relationships, and decision-makers within those accounts, ensuring that we mobilize against this map utilizing appropriate tools (e.g., Salesforce).
+ Lead the Sales Strategy team to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.
+ Collaborate with internal teams such as client coverage, product management, and marketing to align product offerings with client needs.
+ Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
**Key Skills & Experience:**
+ Proven management skills and experience in applying sales process knowledge, product knowledge, and industry insight to increase sales and differentiate the brand.
