Job Description

Reporting to the team lead / head, you will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to assist in marketing, identifying new sales opportunities, client onboarding and support (focused mainly on Institutional and Corporate clients based in the Middle East region).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting RMs in new accounts onboarding.
  • Performing Account Opening checks, including KYC, AML, and Customer Due Diligence check, etc.
  • Coordinating with Front/Middle/Back office to provide prompt pre and post sales service functions for customer problem resolution.
  • Liaising directly with the clients to ensure their accounts are set up with complete functionality on the trading platforms.
  • Support RMs in initiatives and marketing plans.
  • Assisting in maintaining the necessary information/documentation properly and in compliance with the rules and regulations.
  • Assisting in process review and process re-engineering to improve internal controls and work efficiencies.
  • Preparation of monthly reports, i.e. business report, marketing report.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Knowledge of/or experience in securities, derivatives, LFX and private banking industry will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably another language common to the client base in UAE.
  • Able to travel.
  • Familiar with the Middle East region, in particular, the UAE.
  • Positive, meticulous, systematic, assertive, analytical, possess strong problem-solving skills, good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under tight timelines and withstand pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

The Sales Administrative Analyst/Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance in the order fulfilment process for welding automation equipment, which includes handling point of sales inquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders to the customer. He/She is also responsible for communicating with customers during the order fulfilment process. He/She prepares the necessary export/import documentations and supports in the processing of logistics insurance. He/She monitors inventory status and stock availability, and prepares orders for parts procurement. Basic Responsibilities

  • Prepare cargo acceptance documentation according to requirements
