Jobs Responsibilities
- Calculate the Sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division
- Assist during the annual incentive planning process by analysing of sales behaviour/ trend, running multiple scenario simulations & doing cost income analysis
- Resolve queries from the front end sales force in a quick and effective manner.
- Understand operational flow and identify key operational risk areas.
- Document procedure changes to ensure that as an organization we are audit compliant.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational activities for Sales Incentives.
- Assist with data massaging, data validation and feature engineering for Raw datasets.
- Assist with User Acceptance Test (when required).
- Understand the Sales Incentive schemes for all the wealth & retail banking sales force

- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Incentive/ Performance teams in any financial institution
